Why should you choose Indonesia
especially Yogyakarta as your next travelling destination?
You should visit
Yogyakarta, because, we have friendly people, delicious cuisine, wonderful
tourism objects, and so many choice of guest house or hotels.
If you travel to Indonesia, it would be
helpful for you if you know some terms in Bahasa
Indonesia that will make you easier in communicating with local people.
Now, on this early weekend we
will learn about some terms in Indonesian Language (Bahasa Indonesia) which
helpful for your travelling.
Let’s start with the terms of
Giving Direction.
First thing you have to do if you
want to ask for direction is that you need to get someone’s attention. To get
someone’s attention, you may say: “Permisi Pak, saya boleh tanya arah ke
Malioboro kemana ya?” By asking this question, it means that you meet a male
and you want to ask for direction to Malioboro. If someone you meet is female,
so you can replace with: “Permisi, Bu, saya boleh tanya arah ke Malioboro kemana ya?”
Next, what you have to know is some terms of direction that he/ she probably mention. You will find that on
